Frequently asked questions
Everything about Luxury Rewards
Does it cost anything to participate?
No. You only need an account with Luxury For Princess, and it’s free.
Where can I see my points?
Log in and click the button in the bottom right of the screen. There you can see your balance, your level, and what you can redeem.
How many points will I get?
1 point per euro you spend. On top of that, you earn points for writing a review, your birthday, following our social media, and friends you invite.
When can I use my points?
Points from an order remain pending for 30 days, as long as you can still exchange the item. After that, you can redeem them.
How do I redeem points?
Open your points via the button at the bottom right and choose an amount. You will receive a discount code to enter at checkout.
How do the levels work?
Your level depends on what you have spent over the past twelve months. From 250 euros, you are Royal; from 750 euros, Queen. The higher your level, the faster you earn points.
Do my points expire?
Your points remain valid as long as you stay active. If you neither earn nor redeem any points for twelve months, they will expire. You will receive an email reminder 30 days in advance.
How does inviting a friend work?
Share your personal link. If she places her first order through that link, she’ll get a discount, and you’ll earn points once her order has been paid for.
