We can only accept your  return if you didn’t opened the packaging of the extensions – only the tester part. Luxury For Princess Hair can only do returns for clip-in sets with in the same range, If you wish to return your set for a different set range your exchange will be treated as a return.

You can create your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) via your account on our website. After you logged in on our website you see at the left side of the screen: “RMA”. If you don’t have a login, please click on: “Orders and Returns” located in the bottom left of every page. Please follow the steps in the RMA form. Please note that all returns need to be made within the 30 day Return Period and all RMA Requests require your invoice number.
