All prices on the website exclude shipping fees. Your Luxury For Princess Hair Extensions are shipped from our warehouse located in the Netherlands. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship worldwide!

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

All packages imported to your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Please contact your country's customs office prior to purchasing for respective charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

We want to make sure you receive your LUXURIES, so make sure you enter the right shipping address and right contact name of the person who will be able to receive it. This is your responsibility. If you make a mistake, or things change, write to us immediately at info@luxuryforprincess.com and we may be able to modify your order. If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their shipping address correctly.Please be sure to double check the address you have entered as we can not be responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. The only thing we can do after your order has been shipped, is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. After we received, we can then ship the package to the right address. The additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS

By placing an order at Luxury For Princess, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Luxury For Princess. Please refer to our international returns policy here for further information on how to return your packages.

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
