  1. How long does shipping take?
    Shipping times will vary depending on your location:  - European orders will take 1-5 business days to deliver  - U.S. orders will take 3-5 business days to deliver - International orders will take 3-10 business days to deliver 
  2. My tracking information states my package was delivered, but I haven't received it. Can I have a refund?
    All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the couriers in order to investigate this issue.
  3. I put the wrong shipping address at check-out, can I change it?
