Return Policy

Do you want to return something? That is of course no problem! You have 30 days to register your return. If your Luxury For Princess extensions are not a perfect match, you can start your return via our returnsportal.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Create your return via our returnsportal. Choose the carrier you want to return the package with. Pack the items in the original packaging (if possible) and do not forget to include your packing slip. The product must not have been opened or worn. Bring your package to a UPS Collection Point within 3 working days after registering.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN COSTS?

The return costs are for your own account. You can easily create a return label via our returns portal and pay for it immediately.

WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

We are happy to process returns within 30 days of receipt, on all products that have not been opened or worn.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after we have received, inspected and confirmed the returned hair extensions. If you would like a refund and you received a free gift, the gift must also be returned or it will be deducted from your refund amount.

WHY CAN'T I RETURN MY LUXURY FOR PRINCESS EXTENSIONS IF OPENED?

Our hair extensions are made from human hair and are considered a hygienic product by law. We take hygiene and public safety very seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. We're not alone - other hair extension suppliers do not allow returns on opened items for the same reasons. This is also why we offer a tester in the bottom part of the package so you can determine if the color and texture is the right match for you before you fully commit to the set.
