Do you have a return or exchange policy for Luxury For Princess extensions?

Yes, we do offer a return and exchange policy. It is only possible to return or exchange your order if the extensions have been unopened and not taken out of the packaging. Luxury for Princess Hair Extensions are packaged with a special security seal which identifies if the extensions have been taken out of the packaging. If this is the case, we may disclose your return by hygienic reasons.

All STYLING TOOLS purchased with a discount code are considered FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for return or exchange. You may only return or exchange any Luxury For Princess Styling Tools if the item was purchased at full price.

May I return/exchange my order?

We will happily exchange your item if it's not the right color. You may return or exchange your Luxury for Princess Hair Extensions order ONLY if they have been unopened and not taken out of the packaging. The tester piece must be included too, this weft is part of the packaging. Luxury for Princess Hair Extensions are packaged with a special security seal which identifies if the extensions have been taken out of the packaging. If this is the case, we may disclose your return by hygienic reasons.

Why can't I return/exchange my Luxury For Princess extensions if opened?

Human clip-in hair extensions are a hygienic product. Because of the hygiene and public safety we do not allow opened items returned by our customers.

Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return/exchange?

You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We won't be responsible for loss of your return or exchange. Partly for this reason we recommend that you send your exchange or return with a tracking number so you can follow your exchange.

Please indicate on the package: "RETURN, NO DUTIES".

What is the return/exchange period?

You can return/exchange your order within 14 calender days of the date that you receive your extensions.

How do I make a return/exchange?

You must contact us first at info@luxuryforprincess.com within the 14 day return period. You should fill in the returns form, which you can request via our e-mail address. Please don't forget to put this with your return. All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. Opened merchandise will not be refunded.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund (excl. shipping costs) within 14 business days, after we have received and inspected your return.

When will I receive my exchange?

It is possible to exchange your clip-in hair extensions for another set or color. We will send you the different color hair extensions or set after we have received and inspected your exchange.
